Finished in a unique style, Villa "Patara" has been thoughtfully designed with cedar wood flooring and tumbled marble flooring throughout.

Villa "Patara" is approx 300 sq mtrs in size and with its high ceilings and its open plan design it really does give a true feeling space and freedom.

Patara  is 50mins from Fethiye  and 1 1/ 2 hours from Dalaman airport. Kalkan is 10 minutes drive. Kalkan offers high quality restaurants, diving and snorkelling. The shopping in Kalkan is a real treat.

You can be close to the hustle and bustle of Kalkan but far enough way to be left in splendid isolation.

Brief description

The property comprises of 4 double bedrooms each having an en-suite shower room or bathroom. All rooms in Villa "Patara" are on the same floor with the exception of the fourth bedroom/ games room, which is downstairs and has its own private terrace. The utility room with washing machine and a further toilet and shower are also located on this floor.

All rooms have air conditioning.

All bathrooms have hand glazed tiles and rustic wooden units. The master    bathroom en-suite has floor to ceiling tumbled marble tiles and a large corner bath big enough for two. 

The extensive lounge has an  open fireplace and wrought iron stair rail leading to the ground floor 4th bedroom/ games room. Cedar wood flooring  and  its very high sloping ceiling gives it a really spacious feel. The French windows lead to the balcony with its  panoramic views of the surrounding snow topped mountains,  the delta basin below and distant sand dunes of Patara beach.

The family sized kitchen with dining area, comes complete with natural terracotta floor tiles,  stainless steel cooker and cooker hood, a large wooden  cart for food preparation, a double butler sink and an old fashioned style wooden larder cupboard with large wicker baskets.

The villa and grounds have been thoughtfully designed so that  however many  people may stay, there is always plenty of space to have your own quiet time and place!
